Terms of service
The plain-English agreement for using Clockodial. Last updated August 21, 2026.
Clockodial is a product of Kolob Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Clockodial, you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent ("you," "your company").
1. What Clockodial is — and is not
Clockodial is time and attendance software: it records hours your team works, manages time-off and approvals, and exports hours to the payroll provider of your choice. Clockodial is not a payroll provider. It does not pay wages, calculate or withhold taxes, or file anything with any government. Where Clockodial classifies hours (for example, overtime or double time), those calculations are a tool to help you: you are responsible for reviewing them and for your company's compliance with the wage and hour laws that apply to you. Nothing in Clockodial is legal, tax, or accounting advice.
2. Your account
The person who creates a company on Clockodial must be authorized to accept these terms for that company. Your administrators control who in your company can sign in and what they can do. Keep your sign-in credentials safe, keep your account information accurate, and tell us promptly at legal@clockodial.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your data
Your company's data — your people, their hours, your settings — belongs to your company. We host and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter your employees' information into Clockodial and for telling them how it is used. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 60 days so you can come back or export it, after which we may delete it. Our Privacy page describes what we collect and how we handle it.
4. Trial, billing, and cancellation
New companies get a free trial — no charge until it ends. After the trial, Clockodial is billed monthly (a base price plus a per-person price), and your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the service keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Because the trial is the time to decide whether Clockodial is for you, we do not refund partial months. If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to you.
5. Acceptable use
Use Clockodial lawfully and only for your own company's workforce. Don't attempt to access other companies' data, probe or overload the service, resell it, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or don't pay, and we'll tell you if we do.
6. The service, warranties, and liability
We work hard to keep Clockodial available and accurate, and the service will keep improving — features may change over time. That said, Clockodial is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify your company's administrators by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Clockodial after that means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Clockodial is a product of Kolob Labs LLC. Questions about these terms: legal@clockodial.com.
