How exactly is the bill calculated?
$4.00 for each employee who is active on the first of the month. Nobody is prorated mid-month, and there is nothing else on the invoice.
Do managers and admins cost extra?
No. A person is a person, whatever they can do in the app.
What happens when someone is offboarded?
They stop counting from that day. Their hours stay on file so past payroll and reports still add up.
Will the price change later?
If it ever does, you get at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to you.
